About Alistair: After losing his dad at a young age, Alistair has always wanted to help and care for people and started by working within the care industry for many years. However, back in December 1996, he suffered the loss of his twin sons at 2 days old, the funeral process along with the bereavement help and support he received Alistair decided to apply to work within the Funeral Services as he wanted to help, support and guide people through their time of loss similar to the guidance he had received. With over 20 years' experience Alistair has gained expertise, compassion, empathy, and a true understanding of losing a loved one, both personally and professionally. Working within this industry has felt like a vocation, and we now feel its time to serve our community with a promise of Care, Compassion, and Empathy.

The funeral director can give you a full list of what they can supply. They are likely to charge for these additional products and services, so you may choose to take care of some arrangements without their involvement, or you can use a different supplier.
1. This fee (which is sometimes called the interment fee) is the charge made for digging and closing a new grave, or for reopening and closing an existing grave.
2. In England, Wales and Northern Ireland, you will usually need to pay doctors’ fees as well. This is the charge for two doctors to sign the Medical Certificates for Cremation.
