I learn something from every family that I have the privilege to care for, and I understand the true meaning of individualised care. I carry out my duties professionally, but more importantly, I believe myself to be a sincere, compassionate, caring, and empathetic person who will walk alongside those families in my care and will do my utmost to make sure all my funeral services are family-led and meaningful.”
